All in all had good experience in winter.
The apartment was big and in a marvellous location just off bars and restaurants, edimburgh city centre and transport to-and-from airport. A hair dryer and fresh towels were a bonus. Found nice place called Mussel Inn, it was extremely close to the venue, I thoroughly enjoyed lunch there.

! We were right in the heart of the City Centre, close to all the action. We explored the World Heritage Site and saw some incredible sights. And let me tell you, the Annual International Festival and Fringe was an absolute blast! There were so many cool shows and events to check out. We were never bored!
The only thing I would have asked for is a better nightlife scene for young party-goers like us. We had so much energy and wanted to keep the fun going all night long.

It has clean rooms and EXCEPTIONAL location close to Edinburgh, and public transport. It is minutes from Element, so I hung out there. Looking forward to my next good stay in this apartment in winter.

The location was amazing, 5 minutes walking from a historic fortress. The rooms were clean, had and all you might need, an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a television with satellite channels were provided too.

We had a great stay at Tony's apartment in the heart of the city center. the location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. the apartment itself was clean, warm, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the power shower in the bathroom was a nice bonus, and the bay window provided a fantastic view from the top floor. Nikki, the host, was extremely helpful and answered all our questions before we arrived. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend staying here to friends. Cons: Nothing, all was good. 👍.

I stayed at an apartment in Edinburgh city center, and the location was fantastic. I had easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and public transportation on Rose Street. There was a delightful deli right across the street, serving delicious burgers and fish dishes. The apartment itself was clean, warm, and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the power shower in the bathroom, which was a definite plus.
Despite a few minor issues like a dirty grill pan and blown light bulbs, I didn't raise them at the time due to the lack of communication from the owner.

I had a recent stay at a centrally located apartment in Edinburgh and it was fantastic. The location was great, and I really enjoyed being close to bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. Despite a few minor issues like a broken bed and stains on the bed sheet, overall it was a pleasant experience. I appreciated the convenience and relatively affordable price. I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Edinburgh.

Fantastic wifi and plenty of hot water for a comfortable stay. Helpful owner who answered all my questions before arrival.
The apartment was at the top of a tall staircase, not ideal for those with mobility issues. The bed was broken and uncomfortable, causing us to roll into the middle.
